- Pòlissa i l'últim rebut del pagament realitzat, si el difunt era assegurat d'alguna Companyia
- Títol de proopietat del nínxol on ha de ser enterrat, en cas que ho tinguessin.
- Es cas que el difunt hagi de ser traslladat fora de Catalunya, seran necessaris 2 exemplars del certificat mèdic de defunció.
